-Nominations for Shop Committee Chair for Technical Operations, Logistics & Supply
-Nominations for Shop Committee Chair for Airports and Cargo
-Reading of Budget

Please be advised we will be having our General Membership meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2020,
however we will be following Covid-19 Protocols for the safety of the Membership. This would include
limiting the number of people allowed in the hall, once the maximum number of members are permitted,
those unable to gain entry, names will be entered and are credited as having attended.

We have been granted dispensation from Grand Lodge to change the date of the nominations from
October to September and election from December to November for both Technical Operations
Committee Chair and Airports and Cargo Shop Committee Chair. We are doing this to coincide with the
election of delegates wishing to attend District Lodge 140 Convention in 2021.

Those wishing to accept nomination for the position of Shop Committee Chair of either Airports and
Cargo or Technical Operations, are strongly advised to forward it to the Recording Secretary by email to
rs@iamaw2323.ca or facsimile at (90S) 678-0034 by no later than 1900 hrs on September 1, 2020.

At this meeting we will be reading five (5) Financial Reports and the reading of the Budget and a vote for
approval. Rather than reports from the General Chairpersons and Shop Committees we will providing a
time slot for a brief Q & A session for important and pressing issues only. We will endeavour to catch up
on full reports and the Bylaws in future meetings.

All those wishing to attend the meeting will be required to sanitize their hands, wear a mask, practice
physical distancing, fill out a tracing questionnaire and have their temperature taken by a forehead
infrared thermometer (NO EXCEPTIONS). This is for everyone’s safety and well-being.

In solidarity,

Dave Flowers
President
