Bulletin # 014 – Air Canada – TMOS – Pension Cap Retroactivity Update – March 28, 2022

TO ALL IAMAW MEMBERS AIR CANADA TMOS PENSION CAP RETROACTIVITY UPDATE

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The outstanding issue regarding eligibility of the pension cap increase retroactivity
for those IAMAW Members who retired under the provisions of the ERIP has been resolved favorably.

At the beginning of April, the Pension Department will send a letter containing details
and instruction to the home addresses of affected Members.
Your Union has been advised Members will have four (4) weeks from receipt of notification to respond via email and indicate selection.

Upon receiving selection preference, the Pension Department will send back a confirmation email.
Subsequent to that, an additional follow-up letter will be mailed out two (2) weeks prior to the cut-off date.

Be sure to retain copies of all correspondence.

All members and retirees are reminded to ensure all of your contact information
is always kept up to date with both the Company and your respective IAMAW local lodges.

Your 2019 Bargaining Committee is very pleased this final phase of an incredibly
protracted round of negotiations has concluded with this positive outcome.

In solidarity,
