LTD TERMINATION ARBITRATION
UPDATE
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Further to bulletin No. 7 issued on March 2, 2018, please be advised that the first
LTD termination arbitration hearing scheduled for April 20, 2018, has been
postponed to June 18, 2018.
Following the June 18th hearing, it is expected that further arbitration dates will be
scheduled. As such, any member in receipt of Long Term Disability Benefits, who
has received a termination letter from Air Canada, is discouraged from making any
decisions at this time.
As more information becomes available, it will be communicated to the affected
members.
