Please be advised that the following names will appear on the election ballot for positions of 2323 Delegates to Grand
Lodge Convention in San Diego. The following names will appear on the ballot. you are to choose only SIX 6 names
from the following candidates:

Absentee Ballots:
Any member entitled to receive an absentee ballot must make written request (download request from our website)
indicating one of the acceptable reasons for the request. must include your Union card number and forward it to the
Recording Secretary via Canada Post. fax (905) 678-0034. email to rs@iamaw2323.ca or handing it in person to the
Recording Secretary. Each Absentee Ballot Request must be sent in an individual envelope.
Absentee ballot request must be received by May 29. 2020 by end of day.
A Special Drive Through polling station for the election the of Grand Lodge Delegates will be held on the
June 29. 2020 from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm at IAMAW Local Lodge 2323 at 2580 Drew Road Mississauga.
This would enable to the Local Lodge to ensure that Social Distancing protocols are respected.
There are to be no more than five (5) members permitted on the premises at one time.
At the polling station on June 29. 2020. a valid union card or a government issued picture identification must be
presented or a ballot will not be issued.
