AIR CANADA DESIGNATED POSITION
ELECTION – NOVEMBER 13, 2019
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Be advised as per Article 11.03.01 of the Transportation District 140 Bylaws, the Air Canada Designated
Central Region General Chairperson closing date for the “acceptance of nomination” letters was
Tuesday, October 8 2019.
Further to Transportation District 140 Bylaws article 11.01.05:
“All designated General Chairpersons position shall be nominated by and elected by the
respective membership in each region and affiliated group”
There will be elections on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 for the Air Canada Designated Central
Region General Chairperson position. The candidates are listed below in alphabetical order (family
name first).
- KHATIB, Mahmoud
- LEFEBVRE, Paul
- PACILLA, Mark
- SEEBALAK, Vick
This Group is “NOT” eligible to vote for the Service Central Region General Chairpersons position. The
Screener Central Region General Chairperson Position and The Technical Operations, Logistics and
Supply Central Region General Chairperson position.
They “ARE” eligible to vote for the AT LARGE Central Region General Chairperson’s position.
