IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please be advised that with special dispensation of IAMAW Local Lodge Bylaw Article IV Section 5 from GVP Dave Ritchie of the IAMAW Grand Lodge that there will be polling station in Ottawa and Toronto for the election of two Negotiations Representatives.
The Union was made aware of an anomaly with the absentee process and felt that the best correction was to ask for a polling station in Ottawa, as Ottawa members can primarily only vote by absentee ballot.
The polling station in Ottawa will be held as follows:
Date: Thursday September 3, 2015
Time: 0600 to 2100 hrs

Members who have already voted by absentee ballot are encouraged and will be permitted to vote in person at their polling station. If a member has both voted at the polling station and submitted the absentee ballot which we received; the ballot from the polling station will be used and the absentee ballot shall be considered spoiled. This will apply to all candidates.
