Local Lodge 2323, August Membership Meeting Cancelled
Attention Members: DISPENSATION GRANTED
Brothers & Sisters,
As the Office of the Premier of Ontario has extended the hold date of stage 3 reopening’s for certain
regions (including Peel, where we reside) for COVID-19 pandemic precautions, and for the health and
safety of our Members, their families and the general public, Local Lodge 2323 requested dispensation
from Grand Lodge to cancel our August Membership meeting.
This dispensation has now been granted.
Therefore, we will be postponing the following items:
-Local Lodge 2323 August Membership meeting.
-First reading of proposed amendments of Local Lodge 2323 & District 140 By-Laws.
-Local Lodge 2323 Budget reading for approval.
Once available to proceed, we will communicate the new date and move ahead with the business listed
above. In addition to these business items, in the September Membership meeting (should we be
permitted to hold), we will also be accepting nominations for the Shop Committee Chairpersons
for YYZ Airports and YYZ Tech Ops.
