Motion for Funds
A motion from the floor was made at the September 11th 2018, Local 2323
Membership meeting asking that the Education Committee be entitled to a
stipend (gratuity) of $3300.00. The stipend would be made payable at the end
of 2018. The total cost to the Membership would be $9900.00
As per Local Lodge 2323 Bylaw Article XVIII Section 2. Any motion to spend in
excess of $500 will require a notice of motion and must be posted on Union
Bulletin Boards for a period of seven days.
This motion will be discussed and voted on at the next Membership meeting,
which is scheduled for October 02, 2018.
