Negotiations Update Bulletin

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Throughout the week, your negotiations team continued meeting in Montreal with Air Canada, under the control of the Government appointed Conciliation Commissioner.
Though we continued working through the monetary items on the agenda, we find it extremely difficult to obtain the information requested. Given the current situation, the pace is frustratingly slow and, as we reported in previous bulletins, discussions and results have so far been below our expectations.
The conciliation process will soon be coming to a conclusion since the Conciliation Commissioner must file her report by February 18, 2012.
Meetings will continue throughout this coming weekend. We will continue to keep you informed.
