Negotiations Update Bulletin April 13, 2012
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Your Negotiations Committee met with Air Canada from April 3 to 5 to try and agree on the list of items that are in dispute, as required under Bill C-33. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement, as both parties reserved the right to change their position in front of the arbitrator.
We will be meeting with our legal team next week to work on our brief in preparation for arbitration.
