Notice about Election for IAMAW Local Lodge 2323
Air Canada Airports and Cargo Shop Committee
Please be advised that any requested Absentee Ballots for the Airports and Cargo
Shop Committee election will be sent out following nominations of Executive
Board Officers. The nominations for Executive Board Officers will take place at
the November 1, 2016 Membership meeting.
The ballots will be produced for both the Airport and Cargo Shop Committee and
the Executive Board Officers elections in the days following the nominations as
per the election protocol. All Absentee Ballot requests will be processed following
the receipt of the Ballots from the printer.
This will prevent having to reproduce absentee ballots for the Airports and Cargo
Shop Committee prior to nomination of elected officers.
Any member wishing to rescind their name from the list of Airports and Cargo
Shop Committee nominees will have until the opening of the November 1, 2016
Membership Meeting. They may do so in writing to the attention of the Local
Lodge 2323 Recording Secretary.
