BALLOTS
It has been brought to our attention that during the processing of the ballots for Customer Service Shop Committee Members, that there was a printing error, this was neither intentional nor malicious in fashion.
As many of you are aware one of the candidates chose to withdraw from the election, the printing order had been placed and unfortunately when the request to remove that candidate, two were extracted in error.
In the interest of transparency; 29 of these ballots were mailed out fulfilling the absentee ballot request process. These members will be sent a corrected ballot, replacing the previous ballots sent in error. If as a member you received such a ballot (green) and haven’t been contacted, please notify the Local Lodge as this ballot is null and void and will be replaced with a grey ballot.
Fortunately we were apprized of the situation early enough to rectify it.
We regret the inconvenience that this has caused, but we appreciate your patience and understanding with regards to this matter.
