Reading and Vote of Budget 2015 – March 03, 2015
Please be advised that the Budget will be read out to the members at the March 03, 2015 General Membership Meeting.
As per Local Lodge Bylaws: Article XI
Section 4. The President and Secretary-Treasurer shall prepare an annual budget and refer it to the Executive Board for recommendation to the Membership at the first regular meeting in March.
The membership at this March meeting will vote on the proposed budget or make amendments as they deem necessary in order that the Local Lodge is operated in a manner they feel would best serve the membership’s interests.
Notice of the proposed budget and voting to take place shall be posted for sixty (60) days in advance of this meeting so as to alert the members of the importance of this vote.
