Brothers and Sisters:
As the year draws to a close I just want to remind you of important deposit dates for 2018 and they are as follows:
January 1, 2018 – GHO deposits into the time bank for those Members that qualify and selected this option. (Deposit will not actually take place on the pay period that includes January 1, 2018). This deposit will occur on January 18, 2018.
The deposit of 16 hours for full-time employees and 8 hours for part-time employees will be deposited into the employees’ time bank that includes the April 1, 2018 pay period.
The 2018 Lump Sum payment for those employees hired prior to the ratification of the last Collective Agreement will be paid on the pay period that includes April 1, 2018. Lump sum for full-time employees will be $4,000 and part-time employees will receive $2,000.
May 31, 2018 is the deadline to submit your option to move your GHO to your time bank. You have to submit this yearly as it is NOT a one-time selection.
