TO ALL IAMAW MEMBERS -AIR CANADA TMOS -NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE -District 140 Bulletin

TO ALL IAMAW MEMBERS
AIR CANADA TMOS
NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

Following final submission by both parties on February 12, 2021, Arbitrator
Vince Ready held a case management call on February 17, 2021, with just
the IAMAW and Air Canada legal counsel. The purpose of this call was to
determine, if either party had any additional evidence they wished to
present and, if they were ready for him to proceed with a final and binding
ruling on both the pension cap and interest arbitration items before him.
Both parties indicated their agreement for him to move forward with his ruling.

Arbitrator Ready stated that he found the submissions well prepared and
complete. With the agreement of both parties he set aside March 8, 2021,
should he feel that he requires further evidence or clarification from either
party on their submissions.

We anticipate Arbitrator Ready’s ruling sometime this March or beginning of
April. Update bulletins will be issued, as we see this round of negotiation to
its conclusion.

Your Negotiations Committee would like to thank you for your continued
support throughout these long and frustrating negotiations.

In solidarity,

Negotiations Committee
