TO ALL IAMAW MEMBERS AIR CANADA – TMOS OFF DUTY STATUS GRIEVANCE UPDATE

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We want to provide you with an update regarding the ongoing grievance of the company’s improper
implementation of the second round of “off duty status” (ODS). The company has informed us that the
resolution for the first set of members impacted by this is now in the final stages.

We are pleased to share that payouts for this group will begin to materialize in the coming weeks. We
understand the challenges and uncertainties this situation has brought, and we appreciate your
patience and support throughout this process.

We want to assure you that discussions with the company regarding the final resolutions for all
affected members are ongoing. This includes those members who may not fall under the current
criteria but have been impacted by the improper implementation during the second round of ODS.
Our priority remains securing fair and just outcomes for every affected member.

Your understanding and solidarity during this time are invaluable. We know this situation has tested
your patience, and we extend our gratitude for your unwavering support. We will continue to keep you
updated as progress is made, and resolutions are finalized.

In solidarity,
