Notice of Motion
At the November 6, 2012 Local Lodge Membership Meeting, a motion was made to have an election for the position of Recording Secretary for the remainder of the term that ends December 31,2013.
The vacancy was created after the Local 2323 Recording Secretary had recently accepted an Organizing position with Transportation District 140.
An election will incur costs to the Local Lodge in the neighbourhood of $2000.00 for related expenses and as such, requires approval from the membership.
This motion will be discussed and voted on at the next membership meeting which is scheduled for December 12, 2012 at 2580 Drew Road, Mississauga.
