Why only double time for the CSA baggage agents only?
No one from the Shop Committee office agreed to this. The company just went ahead and offered double time from July 22 to August 01, 2022. We did ask the company to put out a bulletin explaining why they did this action.
It was asked if other groups / classification were not as important to get the same offer of double time. Are we all not in the same struggle?
We in the Shop Committee office feel that this is an unfair labour practice and have already filed a grievance ( 202207110388 ) on this matter.
