Young Machinists Committee
Selection
The Local Lodge 2323 Young Machinists Committee was created in 2014 to roll
out the framework for an active youth committee at this local lodge. Some
examples of the work members of this committee could expect, will be to plan an
event, create a survey, host a float at the Labour Day Parade, sit on other labour
youth committees and/or make a bylaw amendment. Only members 35 years of
age or younger are eligible to apply.
There are five (5) positions available for the Local Lodge 2323 Young Machinists
Committee. Term of office begins January 9, 2018, The length of term is
December 31, 2019.
Anyone interested in applying may do so in writing by fax, mail, in person or by
email to the President (dflowers@iamaw2323.ca) or Recording Secretary
(rs@iamaw2323.ca), Local Lodge 2323, by January 8, 2018.
Please include your name, age, work location, phone number and personal email,
as well as a brief description about yourself, on your letter of application.
Selection will be made at the Local Lodge Executive Board meeting on
January 9, 2018.
