AIR CANADA TMOS WORK PLACEMENT PROGRAM

TO ALL IAMAW MEMBERS

AIR CANADA TMOS WORK PLACEMENT PROGRAM

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Air Canada has informed the Union that it will continue the Work Placement Program
(Co-op), as early as June 1st
.
Your Union has reminded Air Canada that our signed Memorandum of Agreement
applicable to the Co-Op program prohibits the implementation of students while Cat 1,
13 and 38 maintain recall.

Air Canada has advised they are aware of the MOA but will refuse to comply with its
conditions.

When these students are actually brought into the workplace your Union will submit a
grievance immediately.

In solidarity,
Steve Prinz
General Chairperson
Transportation District 140 IAMAW
