NOTICE OF NOMINATION and ELECTION IAMAW Clerical:

Term of Office: January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2026
Nominations will be received at the September 05, 2023 Local Lodge Membership Meeting.
NOMINATION AND ACCEPTANCES: Written nominations and acceptances will be received by the Local Lodge until 1830 on September 05, 2023 and must be sent to the Recording Secretary or President by either handing in person, faxing (905-678-0034), email to rs@iamaw2323.ca or via Canada Post to 2580 Drew Road, Mississauga, Ontario L4T 3M5. An email carbon copy can be sent to President@iamaw2323.ca.
Nominees must be active and preferably already had training.
A candidate must have been a member of an affiliated lodge for at least six (6) months prior to nominations. They must have attended 50% of the regular Monthly Membership Meetings held by the Lodge that their Union activities, shift assignments, vacations and verified illnesses would allow during the previous twelve (12) month period ending the date of close of nominations.
