UPDATE YUL 30 MINUTE RULE
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
District 140 participated in a conference call on October 26, 2018, regarding the “30
minute rule.” Representatives from Air Canada Labour Relations and Arbitrator Keller
participated.
Air Canada has requested a full evidence hearing be held, their lawyers will be
presenting this case. The IAM will be utilizing legal to bring the case forward for
our members. We do not have a date scheduled at the moment, as it is dependent on
the availability of both parties legal team.
When information becomes available we will communicate directly.
