- The IAM participated in a conference call today with the Canadian Industrial Relations Board (CIRB).
- The issue raised from the last call was how to make certain all those on vacation would be able to cast their vote.
- The CIRB decision was that the vote be conducted electronically.
- The CIRB will mail full instructions to your home, outlining how to vote online. You will be sent a unique PIN number of your own.
- Voting polls will be open from March 1, 2013 to March 15, 2013.
- The CIRB will post an official notice outlining all the details pertaining to the vote.
WE ENCOURAGE ALL MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS VOTE.
