AVEOS – INFORMATION UPDATE –
Q & A ON AVEOS EMPLOYEE CLAIM PROCESS LETTERS
Dear Brothers & Sisters:
On June 26, 2013 the Court issued an order that started the Employee Claims Process in the Aveos insolvency. All CCAA Court Orders and documents can be viewed on DL140’s website http://www.iam140.ca/ or http://cfcanada.fticonsulting.com/aveos.

Immediately after the order was issued, the Monitor began sending out letters setting out the amounts owed to employees, based on Aveos’ records. Letters have been sent to the last address on Aveos’ files.
