NEGOTIATION UPDATE
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
After many months of negotiations, followed by a conciliation period,
your IAMAW Bargaining Committee composed of Anita De Bellis, Tasha Hosein,
Peter Whalen, Patrick Samuel, Michael Corrado and Peter Tsoukalas
wish to inform you that we have reached a recommended tentative agreement with the Company.
Multiple changes and improvements to our Collective Agreement have been made;
including but not limited to wage increases, offer of retirement severance packages for senior employees,
addition of personal days, sick days, vacation allotments and job security.
Your Bargaining Committee will be communicating with you in the following upcoming days,
in order to explain the agreement and answer any questions you may have,
which will be followed by a ratification vote.
