Dear Brothers and Sisters:
As a result of the by-election held yesterday, March 5, 2013, Brother Paul Penman has been elected to the position of General Chairperson (At Large), Western Region, effective from March 18, 2013, to December 31, 2015.
We would like to congratulate Brother Penman on his victory. We would also like to thank Brother Grant Hornsby and Brother Joe Toth who also stood for election.
