SUBJECT: Deadline for Full-Time/Part-Time Promotion Status
Attention all LSA and SA team members:
Please review your current promotion requests immediately.
The deadline to update your status for the upcoming selection cycle is December 21, 2025
Action Required:
To Opt-Out: If you currently have a request in the system for a promotion (moving between Full-Time and Part-Time) but no longer wish to proceed, you must remove your request by December 21
If you are selected and your request is still active, the transition will be mandatory.
If you are selected for a transfer or promotion:
You will be required to remain in that position for a minimum of one (1) year. Also, a minimum of three (3) years if transfer between different departments eg. Cargo-airport
You will not be eligible to request another transfer until this period has been completed
To Opt-In: If you would like to be considered for a promotion or a transfer between Full-Time and Part-Time status, your application must be submitted no later than December 21
