January 7, 2026                             IAM 2323 CLERICAL EXECUTIVE BOARD NOMINATION

Nomination will be held for ONE (1) Clerical Executive Board Member.

1 Representative will be elected by the Clerical Branch Eligibility:

Members in attendance may accept nomination. Nominees not in attendance will be required to submit their acceptance and/or nomination in writing with contact information to the Recording Secretary ( via fax, mail, in  person or email to rs@iamaw2323.ca )

The recording secretary will verify acceptances to be read out at the monthly meeting. Members accepting the nomination must have attended at least 50% of the regular Local 2323 meetings held during the 12-month period ending the date of the close of nominations that their schedule shifts, employees, assignments, vacation, verified illness Local /District/International business shall allow.
