Shop Committee Chairperson 2024
Members in Ottawa have requested dispensation to have nominations again due to no applicants for Shop Committee Chairperson. Nominations will be accepted via email. Ottawa members can send an email to nominate and accept themselves. November 05, 2024 by 0900 is the deadline.

Election on December 5, 2024 for the following position
One (1) YOW Shop Committee Chairperson
Term of office is January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027.
Eligibility: Members accepting nomination must have attended at least 50% of the Regular Local Lodge Meetings held during the 12-month period ending the date of the close of nominations that their scheduled shifts, employee assignments, vacations, verified illness, Local-District-Grand Lodge business shall allow. Proof of attendance shall consist of signing the register by each member attending the Regular Local Lodge meetings and said register shall be in the custody of the Recording Secretary.
Date of Election: December 05, 2024
Time: 0630 hrs. to 2100 hrs.
YOW Polling Station (Election): Simply voting QR code link or Computers will be available in the Shop Committee office YOW airport.
