IAM SUMMER BBQ OPTIONS
There has been an interest to have different options for our Local 2323
summer BBQ.
If anyone is interested in catering the event, please submit a detailed plan to
the Executive Board by February 2, 2026.
Please include:
• Vendor insurance
• Cost per person for 700 people
• What is included in the cost ( menu etc .. )
• Total cost
Interested parties can email their portfolio to our Recording Secretary Al Melo
at rs@iamaw2323.ca no later then 9:00am on February 2, 2026.
