The Aveos CCAA Process
In court today, an order was issued that requires Aveos to pay all unpaid wages on or before April 21, 2012, subject to certain conditions.
The Court also issued an order extending the stay under the CCAA proceedings until May 4, 2012.
We will post further details and copies of the orders shortly.
