BANKRUPTCY UPDATE
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Following our last bulletin on this matter, the two days of hearing took place as scheduled on September 10 and 11. We are now awaiting the decision from the Court of Appeal of Québec.
Please note that the Court generally has a few months to issue its decisions.
We will inform you of the details of the ruling as soon as we receive it.
