Mount Forest, ON – Members of IAM Local Lodge 1975 have ratified a new collective
agreement with Ludachris Hats.
The three-year agreement provides wage increases of 2 per cent in the first year and
1.25 per cent in each of the second and third years respectively. Other agreement
highlights include:
- Improved vacation language
- Improved contract language
The 10 members manufacture baseball-style hats, toques, and visors for distribution
across the country.
