Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Please be advised that District Lodge 140 will hold its annual convention during the month of October 2011, in the Ottawa area. The exact dates and location are still to be determined.
As per District 140 Bylaws, Local Lodge 2323 will hold nominations at the Monthly meeting on February 1, 2011 and elections on April 5, 2011 from 06:30-21:00 at the Local Lodge.
To be nominated you must be present at the February 1, 2011 meeting or alternatively forward your acceptance of nomination to the Local Lodge Recording Secretary by hand delivery, fax or mail, but not via e-mail, prior to the meeting.
