Notice of Nomination and Election of Executive Board Position -Local Lodge 2323 Trustee
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
An Election will be held August 07th, 2012 for the following position at LL2323. The term of office for this elected position will be the remainder of this term through to December 31st, 2013. This position will be up for nomination at the Local Lodge meeting July 03rd, 2012.
Nominations for the following position will be taken:
Trustee
Term of office will be for the remainder of this term ending December 31st, 2013.
Eligibility: Members in attendance may accept nomination. Nominees not in attendance will be required to submit their acceptance in writing to the Recording Secretary (via fax, mail or in person but not e-mail) to be read out at the nomination meeting.
Members accepting nominations must have attended at least 50% of the Regular Local Lodge Meetings held during the 12 month period ending the date of the close of nominations that their scheduled shifts, employee assignments, vacations, verified illness, Local/District/Grand Lodge business shall allow.
