REGISTERING FOR ONLINE MEMBERSHIP MEETING ON August 5, 2025
On August 5 we will be having our online membership meeting. Our meeting will start at 1800 hrs. You
will have the ability to be logged in at 1700 hrs. The meeting will commence at 1800 hrs. This will be for
the first 100 members, until we get a good baseline on how much support staff, we need to administer
users remotely. The cut off for registering will be Friday August 1st at 1500 hrs. The link for the meeting
will be sent out on or before August 4th , at the end of day to all those that have registered. Once you have
registered for vetting, you will receive a conformation email. A new email will be sent out the day before
the meeting to register with Zoom for the meeting. You will receive another email to log into the
meeting. You will put into a waiting room until the administrators of the meeting can verify you from the
two-registration list. THIS MEETING WILL COUNT AS AN OFFICIAL MEETING FOR THOSE ONLINE. Once
