SUBJECT: 2026 BARGAINING SURVEYS UPDATE –
DEADLINE APPROCHING
Dear Brothers & Sisters,
As you are all aware, the 2026 Air Canada TMOS Negotiations Bargaining Surveys are now live and will remain open until Friday, April 18, 2025. Your voice is essential in shaping the priorities for the upcoming round of negotiations.
As of Monday April 14, 2025, here is a quick snapshot of the survey completion rates per Subcommittee:

While we’re seeing great participation from our membership, there’s still work to be done. These surveys are your opportunity to directly influence the issues we bring to the table. The more participation we have, the stronger and more unified our message will be. With a few days left, we are asking all members to spread the word and get all hands-on deck.
