TO ALL IAM UNION MEMBERS AIR CANADA – TMOS, FINANCE & CLERICAL BARGAINING UPDATE
Dear Sisters, Brothers and Siblings,
As committed in Bulletin #006 dated February 13, 2026, the IAM wishes to update the Air Canada
memberships regarding bargaining.
The Union and the Company met today on February 25, 2026. Both parties were given an opportunity
to give opening remarks. These opening discussions set the framework for the round of negotiations
ahead.
We have now confirmed future bargaining dates and will continue these discussions with the
Company the week of March 9, 2026, in Montreal.
As always, we will update the membership as soon as information becomes available. Thank you all
