NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

Today your Negotiations Team met with the company under the authority of the Ontario Ministry of Labour Conciliator to break the deadlock we have in our negotiations.
Unfortunately, the company again was unwilling to make an offer that would get us closer to a fair deal for all employees.
Therefore, we have asked the Ontario Minister of Labour to release us from the conciliation process.
This brings us to the mediation stage. We will be in mediation under the Ontario Ministry of Labour process starting August 7, 2013.
