To The Members At TBH Services Negotiations Committee
Please be advised that we are looking for one (1) Member (in addition
with your Chief Steward), to participate in the upcoming round of
negotiations.
If any TBH member is interested in being part of negotiations. please forward a letter
to the Recording Secretary of the Local Lodge 2323. Please add your name
and contact information.
NOMINATION AND ACCEPTANCES: Written nominations and acceptances will be received by the Local Lodge until 2359 on February 04, 2024 and must be sent to the Recording Secretary by either handing in person, faxing (905-678-0034), email
to rs@iamaw2323.ca or via Canada Post to 2580 Drew Road. Mississauga, Ontario !AT 3M5. An email carbon copy can be sent to President@iamaw2323.ca.
A candidate must have been a member of an affiliated lodge for at least six (6) months prior to nominations. They must have attended 50% of the regular Monthly Membership Meetings held by the Lodge that their Union activities, shift assignments, vacations and verified illnesses would allow during the previous twelve (12) month period ending the date of close of nominations. Local Lodge by-laws can be viewed on our Local Lodge website www.iamaw2323.ca
* Nominations will be received at the February 06, 2024 Local Lodge Membership Meeting.
• Election date will be April 02, 2024 via online voting. The information for online voting will follow after nominations have closed.
Negotiations Members should be prepared to participate in surveys and Membership engagement, as well as pre bargaining sessions to review the collective agreement and to take part in the company bargaining process.
