NOTICE
On behalf of the Shift Committee we would like to thank everyone for their participation in the recent ACM shift vote.
The results of the vote are not in favour of the current proposal.
The proposed agreement has not been ratified.
The vote on the (yellow ballot), a possible introduction of the 4-5-5 shift pattern for trial in a work location for one year
was in favour of the Union entering into those discussions.
As per article 10.01.03.01 .01 and 10.01.03.01.02 your Union is prepared to meet with the Company in an attempt to
find common ground on a proposal that could be presented for possible ratification.
We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
