ACM Update Shift Bid, Etc
Brothers and Sisters,
We have reached a preliminary agreement with ACM
management regarding a shift bid, work locations,
vacation bids, overtime and the application of LOU 9.
As expected, our seniority rights and privileges will be
respected. Work locations and how vacation is bid
will remain status quo. There will be a minor change
in the application of LOU 9 and how it applies within a
work location.
These topics will be discussed in detail during crew
meetings in the coming days. A formal schedule will
be distributed once formulated.
