MAINTENANCE – 6 DAY RULE
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
District Lodge 140 is aware of Air Canada’s initiative to limit ACM employees from
working more than six (6) days consecutively.
Our Legal Counsel has been consulted and until this issue can be formally
resolved we are requesting an Arbitrator to provide a cease and desist order.
In addition, the Union intends to schedule a meeting with Air Canada regarding
this matter. Updates will be provided when available.
