In almost all accidents there are Human Factors at play. As we continue striving to meet the needs of a very demanding schedule this holiday weekend, please be vigilant in monitoring your surroundings to ensure the environment is safe for you, your colleagues, and the operation.
If you are aware of any circumstances which are contributing to the abnormally high rate of incidents we are experiencing in our department, please do not hesitate to bring them to our attention. We will be happy to represent your concerns. Anything that has an immediate impact on safety should be brought to the attention of your manager and safety representative without delay.
Please remember to follow all Standard Operating Procedures, regulatory documents, and Safety Policies. It is vitally important that our members carry out their duties safely and go home to their families and loved ones.
