ATTENTION YYZ TECH OPS MEMBERS

We met with local management Wednesday November 7th, 2012 to discuss the 2013 vacation bid procedures and associated allotments. We did not agree to several key components regarding this bid. We had requested the bid be withheld until clarification could be obtained on these contentious issues.
In an effort to seek clarification and assist in a potential resolution, we have deferred to a 3rd party for assistance.
