The recent poll regarding shift structure, fixed vs. rotating has been ratified by a large contingent of the affected membership. We will therefore proceed in the formation of a local shift agreement to encompass the hours of work, manpower allotments and shift structure. A date of implementation will be determined and communicated to you.
