STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY SCHEDULED HOURS
OF WORK ON A COMPRESSED WORK WEEK
Brothers and Sisters:
After discussions with Senior ACM Management, the IAM has an agreement that the
long standing practice of compensating members at overtime rates (1.5 x reg.
hourly rate of pay) for every scheduled hour worked on a statutory holiday while
on a compressed work week, will continue until further notice.
This grievance remains active.
