SELECTION PROCESS
After the recent company information sessions on LAT 5, many of our members have expressed concerns on the proposed process.
The YYZ Tech Ops Shop Committee would like to take this opportunity to make its opinion on the newly imposed LAT 5 process abundantly clear.
We can clearly advise you that your Shop Committee and its steward body will not be participants in the interviewing, or administration of the LAT 5 position.
