Brothers and Sisters,
We have received a multitude of concerns and queries surrounding the recent shift bid and crew assignments. Most of the personal issues have been solved expeditiously on an individual basis. However broader concerns remained. After consulting with District Lodge on the various issues, a grievance was filed with Labour Relations at 3rd level on your behalf. The nature of the grievance touched on each subject that our members had raised since the shifts were posted. There is a copy of the grievance in the Shop Committee office should you wish to review it.
Thank you for exercising diligence and reviewing the shift process as it applied to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this challenging process.
