Brother Cesare Peretti
It is with a very heavy heart that the Union must advise the Membership of the
passing of Brother Peretti, retired Lead Station Attendant on the Ramp in
Toronto. Brother Cesare Peretti was the Regional Co-Chair for Health and Safety
Airports in Toronto. He inspired and mentored others to participate in Health and
Safety at Air Canada. Brother Cesare, can also be remembered when he donned
his Santa Suit during the Christmas Season and handed out candy and good cheer
at throughout the Terminal.
Brother Peretti passed away on September 30, 2017 in Italy.
In keeping with our Brother’s wishes Brother Peretti’s body will be cremated and
his ashes spread in the hometown of his beloved Mother.
We will send our condolences on your behalf to his family and when the time is
appropriate ask his family where they would like a donation to be sent in Cesare’s
memory.
